EXE Confusion

Ok, I get the modding part. Decompile, edit, compile. Isnt hard.
But, how to MOD without affecting the original THUG2 exe file, I want to make my own EXE like TheMod, CHC MOD and all those others.

Could someone help me out?

I apologize for not being clear with my explanation, what I meant was:

I'm making a mod, but when I have edited the gamefiles, how do I modify the exe so that it will run my files, and not those from TheMod or CHC Mod?

Sorry for the doublepost.

I know how to do the stuff like that, I figured it out.
But, I have one more question.

How do you compile a decompiled prx folder?
For example, I decompile the tw_scripts.prx file and the output map is called Scripts.
How to compile the Scripts folder to an prx file?

Wierd, the decompiling worked fine for me.

I stopped stealing features, I just looked at how they were made and learned from it.
