Can you mod the PS2 version?

I have a ps2 with FMCB, can i mod this game or ANY other game in ANY way???

Well im guessing you can on Xbox because if you look at the files on PC you can see its a .xbx like the Xbox version (guessing it was ported from the Xbox version because the graphics are better) in theory for example if you have the Xbox version of THPS3 you could install the files from levelmod obviously not the exe but i did it for the gamecube version and the game started then crashed maybe because the files are a .ngc and the ps2 would be a .ps2, what im saying is if you know someone that can convert the files then yeah then you can change the files and import custom models (hopefully)
it would be really cool though because just to import levels and changings textures would make your game unique
