hi, im new on the forum, and i need help fixing the following issues on thps4

i really want to play history mode of thps4 , but the game runs with a pretty bad resolution, i tried the widescreen fix, but i dont know how to make it run, because it only says thps4 has stoped working.
when i'm trying to select a skater for free skate mode, it doesn't appear, when i switch to bob burnquist, the only thing is shown are his glasses

but when the level loads it looks normal. except for the 800x600 resolution, i've also tried to config on the game launcher trying on very high resolution (1024x1024) but is the same, it shows windowed mode in 800x600

please help me

And to play the game in fullscreen, you'll have to use the software "Borderless Gaming".
