Hi there, I am new to modding of Tony Hawk's games, I owned Tony Hawk's Underground and THUG2 for Playstation2 and played them for many years; but the discs went broken and I stopped playing. Some weeks ago I was able to download them (legally: I bought them first, and so I downloaded my personal back up.).
I don't know how to mod a TH game, but the main thing I wanna know is if are there any mods for THUG and THUG2 like THUG Revisited, that allow people doing more things than those the game allows you to do.
Excuse me for bad english (Italian) and thanks in advance,
Argovarius.
To THUG2' Lovers and Modders.

There are a few, including me.

Yep, my problem is also that lots of mods are set for being used on THUG(2) PC version... do you know other mods that were built for ps2?

They all work for PC, and I'm pretty sure the only one there with a Ps2 version is BioTHPS mod(at least I think Danny made a Ps2 version)
To have them work on Ps2 you'd basically just have to copy and paste the source of the mod into the ps2 scripts.

Oh, thank you! But... how to find scripts and\or use them? In my own .ISO file there's a file called DATAP.HED and another, DATAP.WAD, and I have reason to know that they're the files where scripts are located: other files are own ps2 files, and only IOP directory has got some files... but I think they're drivers, they've the .IRX extension.
Do you know how to open those files? Or can you explain where are the scripts?
Thanks a lot.

@argovarius :
I really don't know that much about PS2 modding, but if you take a look at this link, I believe there's a tool for WAD files.

For THUG2 sonix is the best extractor to use(actually a hed extractor) don't see that it's on CHC's list so I uploaded it.

And I was wrong about BioTHPS mod having a Ps2 Danny did make a mod for the Ps2 and PC but all it has are fake restarts and a the merge menu

Re: To THUG2' Lovers and Modders.
Thanks a lot, Morten and ProHad.
I have extracted my .HED file, there are 18 directories, including Fonts, Textures, Levels, Icons, Cutscenes...
And yes, IOP directory was full of drivers, it's sure. Because here there's also another directory called IOPModules that contains eyetoy drivers in .IRX format.
I think it's possible to modify it all without any problems of memory (in the past I've modded the mobile phone S5230 by Samsung: it was full of limitations...).
There are binary files in a directory called DNAS.
In Models directory there are files of Pedestrians and Secret Skater, and logos, and other directories... many of the files I've extracted are in ps2 extension: I think they should be something like animations or textures.
I found many Load screens of levels and vehicles\animals (Gorilla? Where's the gorilla in THUG2? ) files.
Okay, all this is useless
So, do you know how to set up a mod (for OFF and ONLINE mode) with adding a pause menu and some options like Anteara Mod ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQ90HKwNMwE )?
