Are there any utilities or tutorials for converting the following file types from the PS2 version to work with the PC version?

Skater files (SKA)
Park files (PRK)
Graffiti tag files (GRF)
Trick files (CAT)
Goal files (GOA)

ska are animations and they aren't figured out yet.
There is a long thread at thmods.com talking about the cap files (parks)
there should also be some more documentation over there about other files types in a download section can't remember if it includes other created types.

Thanks for the tip. I'm talking about CAS files found in the save folder specifically, not in game/data.
