Converting THUG1 characters to THUG2?

Hey, so last night i had come across models from THPS4 that were still in THUG1 (the models were Jango Fett, Daisy, and eddie). Could someone link me some tools that could convert the models or give me a tutorial? Thanks!

I'm trying to do something similar by converting saves from the PS2 version for use with the PC port. Are you trying to use these models with THUG2?
