Does anyone have a non modded THUG2 exe with the blur fix? Anteara thread's links are broken and I don't want to use mods.

it's RoQ compiler, you can find it everywhere by searching "roq compiler"
for example

The tutroial is using roq compiler 3, I searched everywhere and I can't find it. I tried 1 but it was confusing because there is no "Decompile Tab" and "Exe Tab" that are described in the tutorial

You don't need it
Just use the cmd tool in that package.

I honestly don't see what's so hard about giving a link to the custom skutils.qb file. Read this, it worked for me.

It's just as easy to decompile and delete the code and recompile it.
It is just as easy to download a mod and extract that file and do it, too.
The point of this site is to help people mod and not make mods for people.
