So hellow. What's a BBCAS? What you can do with it? And what's the long name of it? Is it a mod, hack??

.cas - extension for a save game in THAW
bb - balance, i Don't know really.

bbcas - save game file with hacked balance, you can load it and go online with hacked balance. You can manual/grind for a longer period of time.
