It'd be nice if something was actually done about it instead of relying on moderators to delete all this crap. This isn't new and it happens quite often.

I think they are human but they post bot-like messages. The way this website's capcha works is not really solvable by a bot (captcha does not appear anywhere on the page but rather a link to a static image).

They seem to be coming from people with "fifa" in their name. Auto ban all that try and create an account with fifa in their name.

Might be a human behind a program and that's their test message. Testing if first posts are blocked by leaving a post.
Like email block tests on the lines of "Am I blocked" with a tracker in it. If the tracker never goes through you have your answer.
