It actually does the same exact thing the THPS4 demo did, load in PCSX2, it thinks it's a devkit and loads the full menu and a more complete game. It doesn't appear to have the debug options menu enabled (I have included a .pnach to enable that below), but it does have:
- Load/Save enabled
All the skaters in the menu visible (they crash though as they are level specific, you can only play with Woody or Buzz and only in Andy's Room)
Freeskate Enabled (must pick Woody or Buzz and go to Andy's Room)
2 Player Enabled (must pick Woody and Buzz and go to Andy's Room)
Full Create-A-Skater
On the surface it seems kind of useless other than the archival purpose to share it now. However, if anyone was really into this game or something, maybe there are differences in the level, characters, CAS menu, other menus, etc. I just can't be bothered at the moment to start making comparisons. There also could be something interesting buried in the filesystem. Who knows? The game actually launched in September 2003, and this demo came out 2 months later. Maybe it was submitted before release, maybe they made this after launch, no idea. In any case, this probably should probably also be added to the list.

Pnach file to enable debug menu in PCSX2, but it's kind of pointless as far as I can tell:
https://tnthps.us/filesystem/playstation2/pnach/B3CB0684.pnach
To use this file, load PCSX2, hit System (top left), hit Enable Cheats. Paste this file in the 'cheats' folder inside the PCSX2 install folder. Launch the game, it will work.
The original readme file I included with it had this info:

It has been ripped from the demo disc, and rebuilt as .bin to be played as its own demo disc.
It has been tested in PCSX2 1.4.0.

Nothing has been modified, only the SYSTEM.CNF file has been added so it will load properly.
