Fry, Cook (lost Bam Margera model)

Did you ever wonder what the heck is the Little Big World level on PS1 version of THPS4? Yeah, there is Little Person, but I never could really find a match between dwarf clown and a giant kitchen. However, there is an explanation and it's Bam Margera. I didn't find this mentioned anywhere on the web (except this for gameboy version: Unlock Frycook - Complete 3 Pro Challenges), neither these files are called from exe, so probably this internal joke never went outside the studio.
