I have been searching for something for a couple days now (yes, I've googled though forums and such).
I have Dxwnd, and it won't keep it in a permanent window after alt tabbing (I've also tried running both as an administrator).
If it's any relevancy, I have Windows 8.
Has anyone found anything on fixing this? Weird that I haven't seen anyone else having this problem from what I've searched.
