weird tony hawk 1 case/disk

I found this weird game case verson of tony hawk 1. It has the back of 3xtream and pics of a beta version of tony hawk. I don't have a ps1 and the emulator won't run it. I'm trying to figure what it is. I'm working on uploading pictures of case and game iso.
