Look inside there for roq.exe, It will work with either the launcher inside the *.RAR or this launcher

When I decompile the script it just gives me an empty text document

Main Page of this site / Modding Tools / Qb Explorer 2.1
Your scripts / roq.exe / cmd.exe must all be in the same directory

roq.exe was meant for decompiling THPS3-THUG2 full scripts, as far as THAW goes, you can't decompile a full THAW script, only section scripts can be decompiled as far as i know, read the replies to this topic if you need help on decompiling section scripts

decompiling a thaw section script wont produce an empty file even if none of the minor modifications have been made.
