problem in installing thaw

i opened the "read before installing" file and it said i should change the

""Path"="C:\\Program Files\\Aspyr Media, Inc\\THAW\\""

in

"registry.reg"

and there were two of them and i changed them both but i keep getting an error every time i try to run THAW

the error says : "THAW failed to launch . the specified file was not found"



plz post an example about how the "registry.reg" should look like after the change ..

and if it was something else plz help me

Have you had THAW before? It may be that you still had old registry files (.reg) that may be bad and give you a lot of errors.

If you didn't, open .reg file with a notepad and edit this line:

Write your path there, (remember to put double \\'s just like in the picture)


If nothing helps, install THAW in C:\Program Files\Aspyr Media, Inc\THAW\ and don't change anything in the .reg file
