THUG installing

Hey I want to install THUG but when I start the Setup.exe a mistake appears :-S

I copied the CD1 in the CD2 and 3 direction but i doesn't work :-S

Step 1. Extract the THUG1 RAR from my website.

Step 2. Decompress thug1cd1.iso with WinRAR.

Step 3. Copy all of CD2-3 Into the CD1 folder that you have extracted.

Step 4. In the thug1cd1 folder run RUN BEFORE INSTALLING.exe and click Continue with installation The autorun will pop up. Click Install.

Step 5. The keygen will have popped up so find it by doing ALT+TAB until you get to it and hit Generate.

Step 6. After entering the key hit ok and then continue with the installation.

Step 7. After installing this you will need thug_nocd, which can be found here to run it without a massive iso on your hard drive.

Step 8. After this navigate to C:\Program Files\Activision\Tony Hawk's Underground and make a shortcut of Launcher.exe on your desktop by right clicking and hitting Send To > Desktop

Step 9. Run Launcher.exe and have fun!

When i start the gam with mini-image i can go o the main menu but when I hit skate for fun a skater and then new jersey my game has an error...
What can i do know?
i tried to burn the game but then apperard an error that i have to eject and insert the disc...

What error do you get? Maybe some files are missing, idk
