Does anyone know this problem and how to fix it?

Late Reply, but since this hasn't been solved, and by seeing that your Video Card is the issue, but try any one of the following

1. Update your Card Drivers
2. Try disabling one of your monitors if you use dual monitors, anything earlier than THUG1 doesn't like Dual Monitors
3. If 1 and 2 doesn't work, then I'd suggest Downloading VirtualBox, then Install a copy of Windows XP, then install and run the game from here
