THPS2 Crash on level entry & PSX music on PC?

Well you're right, the compress 100 works as I can hear the song you made in the game. I just don't get why it doesn't work for me.

So... you can't have the 22 track slots without having the Carrera Clones? As in, removing the bandmates but keeping the 22 slots?

compress level is down there right below the compress audio checkbox where you have number 4 filled in.

all the game stuff like that is hardcoded in exe. technically there might be a way to debug and fork this in asm, but i don't think it's worth it. extra skater slots might be used to get skaters from th3 for ps1 for example.

Ah, alright. Maybe someday there'll be a tool that would make such a thing easier - not that it would help.

Curiously, what other customizations are available to this other than levels and music?

skins - you can replace any bitmap in the game, including level textures.
vehicle models - you can import models from other thps engine games, even character as a vehicle.

there's nothing else to change tbh. there were old trick mods afaik, but those are just different names/scores/colors + several unused animations.

OH! That reminds me, once I glitched my PSX version of the game (years ago) or something. I mean, I dunno what I did, but all I know is that I was able to do the Spidey air trick with Bob Burnquist. Is it possible to do something similar with the PC version?

cant tell you anything about spidey flip. probably if you swap anims, this would work.
