How to use a torrent if you are a complete donkey is by using programs like utorrent bittorrent bitlord just google it.
1. Download PowerISO
2. Mount both downloaded archives
3. Install them both to the specified folder
4. make a new folder titles "Resident Evil 2" which will reside in the C:/
5. Enjoy!
