When I try to save to disk a error pops up its all like yo you do not have access to the wpc.qbfile and im all like suck my sweaty ass ballbag you have to be kidding me it was working before "its all good no use crying over it."

If you can't load .pak files, untick backup before loading pak files. But make sure to backup them by manually.
If you get error while trying to save, go to your pak folder and right-click "dbg.pak.wpc" select properties and untick read-only and click OK. Do the same with:
qb_e.pak.wpc
qb_e.pab.wpc
