Set time of the day

how i can change the time of the day in online, so create host and when i play is night? sorry for my bad english...

there's a variable for enabling fake lights and geo
any where it's saying turn off make it say turn on
after doing it properly you'll be able to use the time of day menu in debug menu.

I can not make out only the night time for all modes directly without the time of day?
without debug menu
