Hey i started to make this mod 1 year ago it has several features like no-clip mode, fly mode, on/off menu, driving the cars from offline mode (online too), some changes in textfields and muuuuuch more
it installs itself if you poen it (simply choose your game path) and click "Next"

It is a virus, I couldn't open this file on my both PC's and that why it's so suspicious. I suggest everyone who had downloaded this mod to update your antivirus database and scan your pc
