Hi Can anybody help me sending me a video or teaching me how to create a mod please.
a mod like Skr mod or Cross mod i hope someody felp me :help

I don't know much about THAW modding, but this tool will work for editing qb_e.pak.wpc

Just try doing simple things (Editing Physics, Renaming Strings, etc) then do some more advanced things when done, there's so many tutorials on this site for what you can do for modding

We typically steer clear of threads who's title is "Help" and the post has something along the lines of "teach me how to create a mod"
Notice there's no real detail as to what they truly want in the mod which leads me to believe they lack even the basic skill set to accomplish the task at hand.
They want you to make the mod for them so they can put their name on a mod.
I'm all for helping people who put forth effort.
